There was a localised shower during this morning's GP3 race but even before the action ended the rain was gone; however, although opinions vary in the paddock, the radar currently indicates that no rain should arrive until after the race.

Vettel loses time due to Stavelot mistake

However, the German was saved by the late-session rainfall which prevented most drivers from improving their lap times.
